Once again TOMCO2 Systems participated in another successful NY Section AWWA Meeting and Convention. This time the Edwin C. Tifft Water Supply Symposium in Syracuse, NY September 20th-21st.

Thursday morning’s Technical Session, The Role of Carbon Dioxide for Lead and Copper Corrosion Control was facilitated by Mike Dirth, TOMCO2’s Product Manager for Municipal Water Technologies. The presentation focused on the recently released EPA Document Optimal Corrosion Control Treatment Evaluation Technical Recommendations for Primary Agencies and Public Water Systems; specifically the role of Dissolved Inorganic Carbon (DIC). Over 150 participants attended the presentation and were engaged with excellent questions. Again, thanks to all the water systems professionals participating in the session!
